• Half-life: lack of research means the half-life of this SARM hasn’t been established yet (although anecdotal evidence suggests it’s pretty short). Because of this, users recommend splitting your YK11 dosage in two to help maximize its half-life and keep your blood levels stable.
• 15-30mg of YK11 is too much and will increase the risk of side effects.
• PCT is a must – YK-11 may only cause mild testosterone suppression, but to be on the safe side try PCTing it with Nolvadex or Clomid.
• Stacking – for optimal results, users recommend stacking it with RAD140, LGD-4033 or Andarine (just remember to keep your YK11 dosage to no more than 5mg a day).
